yes you can use the larger magazine with no issues

Hi Davis and welcome. The 13rd magazines will work no issue. The 13rd and 10rd magazines are the same physical size with the 10rd mags just being internally blocked to only hold 10rd for sale in capacity restricted states. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Davis, yes you can use 13rd magazines in this gun. The 10 & 13 round mags are the same dimensions. The 10rd version is sold for those who live in states that trample on your 2A rights.
