Tyler, if Bud's is using the correct photo, this is a Gen 3. The Gen 1 model handguards have a 1913 upper rail with SIG Add-a-Rail on the sides. Gen 2 version has KeyMod rail. Gen 3 uses a M-Lok handguard. The picture is a Gen 3 (some call it Gen 2.5) Stay safe & have a great day!
