No; there is a disconnect preventing it. Slam fire is very unsafe and was pretty much not a thing after the trench guns of WWI were made. A modern shotgun can be fired without slam fire just as fast as with, so manufacturers and the ATF did away with it. It isn't a gun control thing, it is a safety thing.

Hi Earl and welcome. It will no Sir. Winchester took care of the slam fire issue quite a few years ago due to safety reasons. No worries on slam fires with this model/version. Cheers and happy holidays!

No it has a trigger disconnector so it will no longer "slamfire"
