22 LR handguns are ammo picky I suggest trying it with CCI Mini mags which is the most reliable 22lr ammo in my opinion

John, like Randy stated, .22 pistols can be picky with ammo. I have a .22 pistol that will jam with anything except Federal. When you find something that works, stick with it. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi John and welcome. This model has been very forgiving with most brands of 22LR ammunition according to many youtube shooting videos and reviews. Just start out with a few brands of 50rd boxes, determine which are most reliable and accurate then stock up. Cheers and happy holidays!
