This will result in more recoil and wear on parts of your firearm more than standard ammunition. Yes it is rated for +p but be aware a steady diet of +p ammo will increase wear and tear i would install aheaver recoil spring if I was going to shoot a lot of +p

I can't really say much more than has been mentioned below. Just remember, just because you Can use +P ammo doesn't mean you should feed it a steady diet of +P.
