Hi Elaina, this is not NJ legal even with a 10rd magazine. ✘ Semi-automatic handguns that have the ability to accept a detachable magazine and at least two of the following features: 1. Magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip 2. Threaded barrel 3. Barrel shroud 4. Manufactured weight of 50oz or more when the pistol is unloaded 5. A 10 round magazine will not make it legal in nj see restriction # 1, 2,3 and 4 The following are prohibited:

Hi Elaina and welcome. Unfortunately, even with a 10rd Magazine, this Pistol has too many NJ restricted features such as detachable magazine, threaded barrel, barrel shroud and weight over 50 ounces. Cheers and happy holidays!
