Hi Justin, the Winchester web site says this comes mounted, does say it is bore sighted, but I would imagine it is. "Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 with BDC reticle scope mounted with full VIP warranty from Vortex plus Weaver style rings and bases." Stay safe & have a great day!

Even if its boresighted who know how good a job they did I just start sighting in at a distance that I can get on the paper

Even if it does, you'll find out just how good a job the factory did once you shoot it. You may have to tweak it a bit.
