Gary V's review was very unfortunate and harrowing for sure. I have personally found NAA to be very responsive. They resolved issues with my .32 NAA and transformed it from a painful piece to a very sweet shooting one. It is my primary carry now. If you have a problem, ALWAYS contact North American Arms. They are oh so willing to help and exceedingly competent. I am awaiting delivery of my 2nd NAA and will likely buy a third soon.

I agree Martin. I have the "Target" Model in 22Mag and I could not be happier with NAA's responsiveness and willingness to assist. As you have stated, Buds just sells the firearms but, the manufacturers support them ultimately.
