Hi Glenn, you can not legally put a stock without registration and $200 tax stamp. You can however, put a brace on. I believe the gun comes with the brace as pictured. If it doesn't, it is a SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace, available here budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/143778/sb+tactical+sba3x-01-sb+sba3+brace+synthetic+black+5-position+adjustable+for+ar-platform+tube+not+included , Stay safe & Happy Holidays!
Hi Glenn and welcome. The pictured Brace is legal. Adding a shoulder stock, whether fixed, folding or collaspsible would require NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp as it would go from a Pistol/Handgun classification to a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR). It is Mil-Spec. Cheers and happy holidays!
