Hi Dominick. 13732s is the compliant version for those that live in restricted states. It comes with (2) 10rd magazines. 13591 comes with 3 magazines, (1) 10rd, (1) 13rd, and (1) 15rd magazine. There is no other difference between the guns, and the compliant model will also accept larger capacity magazines. Stay safe & have a great day!
