Hi Terry and welcome. The 5.56 barrel is Thread Pitch:1/2×28. The 300BLK (Threaded 5/8x24). Cheers and happy holidays!

Not the same. .556 is 1/2x28. .300 is 5/8x24.
tom H not according to the diamondback site please show where you got the sizes according to diamondback they are both 1/2x28 see my answer
I would contact Diamondback to be sure https://diamondbackfirearms.com/contact/
My apologies. By model number the thread pattern is the same on this combo. 1/2x28 is correct.
All, 300BLK is 30 Caliber same as 7.62. Diamondback does not sell any 1/2x28 300BLK Barrels. Only 5/8x24 Barrels in 300BLK/.308. Contact them and when they let you know, just report back. I'm all in for correct information. Anyone can make a mistake. You, me, Diamondback as well. Either you or I will be conceding an apology my friend. Either way, cheers and happy holidays to all! DB made an error on their website (Similar package with correct specifications): https://diamondbackfirearms.com/portfolio/db15ccmlu300bfb/
