Hi Frederick, it will fit with a dovetail to picatinny adapter, I used this one on my Rossi RS22 >>> amazon.com/gp/product/B01ABW7GS0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It has enough room if you ever decide to add a magnifier or go with a scope.
