No, this model is stamped. I believe all current Zastava Arms guns are stamped receivers.

Hi Patrick, the Zastava ZPAP M70 uses a thicker-than-standard 1.5 mm stamped receiver that uses a heavy-duty "bulged" front trunnion. Stay safe & have a great day!
