The only way to verify this is to have a serial number for Ruger to verify. Buds does not give out serial numbers nor open new firearm packages. On the slim chance you receive a non updated pistol, Ruger will do the update for free. Ruger info here : https://ruger.com/dataProcess/markIVRecall/

The one listed are new production but without the S/N there is no way of knowing for sure but the odds are very good that they have been done
