Hi Jeremy, this is not discontinued, this is the latest model, the Scorpion 3+ , it is still on the CZ web site >>> https://cz-usa.com/product/scorpion-3-carbine/ Unfortunately Bud's does not get or give ETA's on when an item may be back in stock. I would be hesitant to buy from guns.com, they have a reputation for advertising guns that are not in stock. Stay safe & have a great day!
