If the receiver is Drilled and tapped to accept a piccatinny rail then I don't see why it wouldn't work. In the meantime maybe contact Hatsun as James Suggested.

everyone that answered do you realize that the mount he is asking about is a saddle mount that is mounted by the pins that hold in the trigger group and while I dont know if it will fit I think it could be modified to fit by drilling holes to match the trigger group pins in the slugger

Randy, I realized that, and didn't think it would fit without modification. That is why I suggested the dovetail adapter.
