Hi Joel, no sir, you should only fire .410 from this gun. You can't fire a 45 Colt round (.452" diameter) in a 410 shotgun (bore diameter .410"). The combo's have larger bore diameter to accommodate the .45 round. Stay safe & have a great day!

No 410 shotgun that I know of will shoot both 410 and 45LC shooting a 45 caliber bullet out of a 41 caliber hole will cause dangerous pressures the pistols that shoot both are chambered for 45LC

Hi Joel and welcome. No Sir. Buds has many .410's listed with .410/45LC for shotguns in error. For safety and warranty reasons, do not attempt this. Cheers and stay safe
