Hi Mike, I read 2 reviews, but not this exact model. One was drilled & tapped, the other was not. I am not finding any confirmation that the receiver is drilled & tapped. TriStar web site makes no mention, and I have not found one vendor who says this is drilled & tapped. I would lean towards no, but that is strictly a guess, like the other answer.
