guys i disagree and say it is Illegal in washington state from WA rules and regs page ix. NO AR, AK, other frames or receivers that when completed would constitute an "Assault
Weapon" as defined above. above says "AR15, M16, or M4 in all forms" https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
