What is the brand and is it made in China. I purchased a really cool 40L backpack from Amazon made in China and the stitching ripped off after a couple of days carrying light items and a super light sleeping bag. Its all in the stitching and ripstop fabric. Appeciate an answer, this is the look and organization I need for a med kit and other items.

made in china for VISM NcStar they seem to be fairly well made and heavy duty

Hi Maurice, this is made in China by VISM, a division of NcStar.  One reviewer  said "just 2 months after getting this bag, the stitching on the strap started to fray. These bags are made by NcStar which gives a lifetime warranty on their products so I'll be sending it back for a replacement and hopefully this was just a one time flaw."
It's probably not a bad deal for $19.49, other vendors are double that price.
