Hi Reek, this is also considered a pistol. As stated before, open carry of firearms in Florida is illegal in public places. ****You may openly carry a firearm if you are engaged in or traveling to / from fishing, camping, hunting, or test / target shooting. We are not experts on FL gun law, I suggest you do some research and find out what is or isn't legal in your area. Asking for legal advice on the internet and taking advice from strangers is asking for trouble. I know you won't like my answer because I'm asking you to do your own research, but you need to man up and not rely on complete strangers.
Hi Reek and welcome. This is also classified as a regular handgun by the ATF. Anything with a barrel less than 16 inches and has no stock, a brace or just a pistol grip is just a handgun. Cheers and stay safe! ------ This will give you some guidance : -- https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_reciprocity_map/fl-gun-laws/
