Hi Ronald, no sir, you cannot safely fire .45lc in a .410 shot gun. Most .410 bore shotguns are not proofed for the pressures generated by the .45 Colt cartridge. Also, the standard bore diameter of a .410 is as expected 0.410 inches in diameter , the 45 Colt is 0.451-.454 inches in diameter. That is significantly larger than the bore of a 410 shotgun. The combo guns you see that shoot both, like the Taurus Judge, are chambered for the larger .45lc. Stay safe & have a great day
