you do realize that this is not a gun just a stock to fit a ruger 10/22 and yes it would be legal
Hi Sean, yes, you will be compliant. Permitted: ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted.
