Due to the recent gun laws that passed in Washington State. I was wondering about Semiautomatic Shotguns like the 940 Tactical. Can that be delivered to an FFL in WA State?

Hi Ronald, the 940 Tactical and similar shotguns can be shipped to WA as long as the magazine capacity does not exceed 7 rounds and it does not have a folding or telescoping stock, pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or a forward pistol, vertical, angled, or other grip.
The 940 Pro Tactical is good to go.
