Hi Rodney, yes will will fire and cycle both 2 3/4" and 3" shells. It will not properly cycle mini shells. Stay safe & have a great day!

Absolutely will cycle the 2-3/4" shells. Any shotguns chambered for 3" will shoot 2-3/4". The mini shells, not so much. Most likely will not cycle properly if at all.

Hi Rodney and welcome. Yes Sir, this has a 3-inch chamber and will fire shorter shells. Same concept as a .357 Magnum being able to fire the shorter .38 Special. A particular length chamber can fire that length or shorter shells. Cheers and stay safe!
