Louis, unfortunately Dictator Murphy said no. Together the collapsible stock and pistol grip disqualify this gun. NJ is one of the few states that treat .22lr rifles the same as any other rifle with no exceptions. Here is a S&W with fixed stock & non-threaded barrel that is NJ compliant https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/5259/smith+%26+wesson+m%26p+15-22+sport+10+round+compliant , . NJ gun restrictions here https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf , . Stay safe & have a great day!
sorry it is not legal in NJ "The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug 4. Flash suppressor 5. Threaded barrel 6. Grenade launcher" https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
Hi Louis and welcome. Unfortunately, no due to the combination of Collapsible Stock and Pistol Grip. A NJ compliant model is here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/5259/smith+%26+wesson+m%26p+15-22+sport+10+round+compliant - Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
That'd be a Huge No in NJ, sorry.
