If I buy a pistol that says it comes with a 13 round magazine but I live in a state that has a capacity of 10 Rounds. When I click the acknowledgment of it to remove the magazines. Does the gun then come with no magazines? Or do they replace them with 10 round magazines?

Hi Michael and welcome. If magazine capacity is the only State restriction for a firearm, Buds will ship without the non-compliant magazines. You will need to acquire State compliant separately. Cheers and stay safe!

The other answers are correct, I would just add that you should look carefully to see if the manufacturer of the pistol you're looking for offers the same model with only 10-round magazines included. Many do but not all unfortunately.

Bud's will Remove any mag above your states 10 round cap and You Will receive the gun with No magazines. Just make sure the gun you want has 10 round magazines available to purchase.
