I strongly suggest that you check with your FFL as he will be the one to put his license on the line in a transfer

Had a conversation about this not too long ago. A pump shotgun with a pistol grip is no longer allowed, even though the barrel length is 18.5.

Hi Carroll, it appears to be non-compliant because of the birds head grip. Apparently NY considers a birds head grip a pistol grip.
