Bud's will not ship any firearm out that is not compliant to your state right outta the box. So if this needs a fixed mag, Bud's won't ship it to your FFL in its non fixed mag form.

Hi Jainarine and welcome. Unfortunately, Buds will not any firearms even if the FFL is willing to modify for compliance. This has always been their policy. At best Buds would ship without the magazine if capacity is the only State restriction. Cheers and stay safe!
