Hi Scott, yes sir, Bud's will remove the magazines and you will need to obtain your own compliant magazines. You will be notified during checkout that the so called 'high capacity' magazines will be removed.

yes buds will remove the "evil Hi capacity " mags and ship it with no mags

FN does offer this w/ 10 round mags, but yes, Bud's will remove the mags.
