Hi Garrett and welcome. No, 18. AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition and at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. Any order placed that does not meet these legal requirements will be automatically canceled. Cheers and stay safe!

federal law says 21 for handgun ammo and 18 for shotgun/rifle ammo however some states have different laws check your state here https://www.budsgunshop.com/state_restrictions.php
