The Lorcin pistols were picked up by Bryco Arms. Bryco Arms was the successor company to Lorcin/Jennings Firearms.

In 1993, Lorcin was the number one pistol manufacturer in the United States, producing 341,243 guns.[3] However, in 1996, Lorcin filed for bankruptcy, with 18 pending product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death lawsuits. They were connected to Raven Arms. This is New Old Stock.

Actually Bryco's former factory foreman, Paul Jimenez, bought the bankrupt Bryco Arms for $510,000 in August 2004, and renamed the company Jimenez Arms. Operations resumed in Costa Mesa, California. Jimenez Arms later ceased California operations and on August 30, 2006, a license was granted for Jimenez Arms to commence operation in Henderson, Nevada, and production has resumed there. Theyve had many bankrupt's with these firearms as you can see. lol
