Hi Douglas and welcome. The short answer is yes, just about any hull can be reloaded and used successfully. The real problem with the Winchester (Super X, Universal, USA) hulls is that the plastic is very thin and unless your column height (powder, wad, shot) is perfect, the shell may come out less than ideal.
