I have never seen one in F Dark Earth ever! So only buy if you're content with this pale cream color. Seriously, please don't expect FDE, I've never seen one yet. Its a great pistol, I own the black on black version. But I don't think FDE exists for the Taurus 709 or 740

I have seen this gun in a couple of local gun stores and although it is supposed to be FDE it is to my eye tan colored, just like the picture.
