Yes, they will either be a factory "Cardboard Box" or factory "Plastic hard case". The pistols include the items you named plus warranty registration card.
When/if you do decide on a pistol, just let us know and we can tell exactly what comes with it as different manufacturers package things differently. Welcome Richard!
Either factory hard case, plastic case or cardboard factory box. includes magazine(s), manual, cable lock
all new guns come in either a plastic hard case or a cardboard box they will include at least I magazine and paperwork all of them will have a Lock or a locking device (some like select S&W and Taurus have a built in lock)
I have purchased several handguns (and rifles) from Bud's. They have all been shipped with the manufacturer's supplied case or cardboard box depending on the manufacturer. For handguns they will usually include a cable with padlock, magazine(s), manuals and other paperwork. Depending on the brand and model, it may include back straps, magazine loader, a chamber "plug/unloaded" indicator, cleaning rod and/or brush, gun oil or grease. These items vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as model to model. Most assuredly you will get the minimum items needed to get your handgun "up and running". Rest assured that when you buy from Bud's you will get only a new gun and all accessories the manufacturer supplies with it.
