Hi Tim, yes sir, the Supreme Court smacked down the ATF's pistol brace ruling, making them legal once again in 2024. This gun comes with the brace. Stay safe & have a great day!

Yes, since the ATF's attempt to ban braces failed. Who knows moving forward how things will be though?
