Hi Erik and welcome. Yes Sir, Aluminum Alloy Frame has a 1218℉ melting point which the Handgun Zinc Alloy does not. This would be good to go since it exceeds MN's 1000℉ melting point law limit. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

To answer your question, yes, it will pass the Melting point Law making it compliant for MN.

Please check with your local FFL because as I read it in the MN restrictions ALL Heritage arms pistols are banned by name see**** Prohibited: Ruger Wrangler .22 revolvers, Walther rimfire pistols, Cobra, Phoenix Arms, *****Heritage Arms, Hi-Point, and GSG rimfire pistols.
