Hi Joseph and welcome. Yes, the barrel is stamped 5.56NATO so it will fire both 5.56 and .223 no issue. It is combat accurate. Best accuracy will be with 55gr and 62gr bullet weights in the 7.5-inch barrel. Cheers and stay safe!

yes itt can fire 223 and 5.56 ammo and it is more accurate than me LOL
