HI Lacy, You need to contact Buds so they could email you an updated receipt. Make sure to have them send you one that shows paid in full so there are no hangups with your rebate via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
