Hi Brendan and welcome. Each magazine is considered an independent magazine since you have to manually switch a lever to swap to the 2nd magazine. Total capacity is not considered due to two separate tube magazines. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Brendan, it is WA compliant because each magazine holds 7 rounds, and the tubular magazines must be manually switched from one to the other. Since each tube is a separate magazine, it does not have a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds, which is why it is legal in the state of WA. Also, being a pump action, it does not have the same restrictions as semi-auto's do. Stay safe & have a great day!

As mentioned already, due to the seperate magazine tubes needing to be manually rotated it is what makes this Shotgun WA compliant. Coupled with being a pump shotgun you're good to go in WA!

Brendan, buds doesn't do any compliancy work. The KSG 12 is Washington compliant because it has two separate 7 round magazines Wich have to be manually switched. It's also pump action so it doesn't have the same restrictions as a semi automatic would. So no compliancy work necessary. It's perfectly legal as is. Hope this helps.
