Hi Loren, this does have a folding stock. Per the Ruger web site, the Ruger Precision .338 Lapua has a Folding, Adjustable Length of Pull and Comb Height stock. Ruger Precision® MSR stock features a bottom Picatinny rail and soft rubber buttpad. The left-folding stock hinge accepts any AR-style stock. Length of pull and comb height are adjustable. You really need to ask Ruger because that model is no longer listed on the ruger page the current .338 Lapua shows a folding stock Model 18080 and it shoots 338 Lapua only call Ruger here Telephone: 336-949-5200

Loren, this only fires 338 Lapua, it won't fire 300 win mag. As for the stock folding everything I'm seeing yes it does.
