No, this is chambered for .22LR only, you cannot shoot 22wmr (Magnum) out of it.

no 22 mag ammo has a larger case diameter than 22lr and will not fit in a 22lr cylinder also 22 mag produces much higher pressures that 22lr and the 22lr cylinder is not made to handle those higher pressure
