sorry buds will not ship a non-compliant firearm with the exception of removing the magazine if the magazine is the ONLY reason it is non-compliant.

Daniel, unfortunately buds won't ship any firearm that isn't state compliant from the factory to have work done. If magazine capacity is the only restriction they will remove the magazine but that's it. Sorry but hope this helps some.

Hi Daniel and welcome. Unfortunately, Buds will not ship non-compliant firearms even if your local FFL is willing to modify. This has been their policy since the start. Cheers and stay safe!

I'm pretty sure if YOU are the Licensed FFL then yes, Bud's will ship directly to you. My shop gets non-compliant NY firearms all the time. From there, they either sell to Law Enforcement or they themselves will make them NY compliant.
