David, I don't own this exact rifle but here's a link to scope rings I use on a Rossi rio bravo Wich is a lever action 22lr with similar sights and the rings are see threw so I can actually still use the sights with the scope, should do the same on the Rossi rs22, link here................... budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/158212/red+47327+see+thru+rings+3+8in+dt ............... You could also get a riser or dovetail to picatinny rail to get above the sights.
