Hi Ed, much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy, this gun is NJ legal. Being a pump action, it does not have the same restrictions a semi-auto would have.

Edward, yes sir, it sure is. As others mentioned pump actions don't have the same restrictions as semi automatics. So if it's pump action, lever action or bolt action it's likely legal.
