Michael, this has an adjustable stock. If magazine capacity is the only restriction buds will remove the magazine. Unfortunately they won't replace it so you would have to purchase state compliant magazines separately. Unfortunately not finding any with a fixed stock with the distressed white finish. So you would have to get a standard black version, fixed stock and 10 round magazine. If interested here's a link to one.
