Are you able to take off the ghost ring site and /or mount a red. Optic in front of it? Or is that something that you would have to get an aftermarket rail for? I saw a picture on another site and was just wondering if it was possible or just BS?

Raymond, you would have to remove the rear sight. This is drilled and tapped so you would have to purchase a picatinny rail to install a optic. According to reviews the ghost sights comes off with a simple screw. Then you can add a rail. Hope this helps
