When Bud's ships said firearm to the FFL of your choosing, it is there at your FFL that you'll fill out your 4473 Background & Transfer paperwork.

Hi Shane and welcome. When you pick it up. Your local selected FFL Dealer will provide all instructions and the process is actually quite forgiving. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
