No, Bud's policy has always been to remove a buyers non-compliant state magazine(s) and leaving it up to the buyer to purchase the compliant magazines. Things change so I would contact Buds Customer Service to see if something can be arranged at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Hi John, unfortunately Bud's will only remove the magazines, they will not replace them. You wopuld need to obtain your own 10rd magazines.
