Hi Patrick, this is MA compliant. Prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun that has at least ***two*** of the following: ● Folding or telescoping stock ● Pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm ● Fixed magazine capacity in excess of five (5) rounds ● An ability to accept a detachable magazine .
